Modular installation

Whether wall-mounted near the TV or mounted on an optional stand (sold in pairs), the loudspeaker is designed to fit into any interior. For a complete Focal system, it is the perfect complement to a 300 Series installation, and can be combined with On Wall 301, Dôme Flax, Aria Evo X, Theva, Vestia or Sub Air and Sub 1000 F subwoofers.

Flax membraneSound purity and precisionThe centerpiece of a loudspeaker, the cone is at the heart of our acoustic engineers' research. After more than five years of research and development, Focal unveiled an exclusive cone made of flax in 2013. This patented Flax cone is a sandwich made of very high-quality French flax fiber placed between two thin sheets of fiberglass. It meets all the criteria of a high-fidelity cone: lightness to offer good dynamics, rigidity to hold the bass, and damping to deliver a neutral, natural sound, without coloration. It is an iconic Focal innovation in many hi-fi products.TNF TweeterHigh-finesse trebleMade in France in our workshops, the TNF Aluminum/Magnesium inverted dome tweeter delivers smooth, clear highs. The suspension that connects the dome to its support uses a shape memory material, Poron. This suspension is directly derived from Focal's famous Beryllium tweeter and reduces distortion by three between 2000 Hz and 3000 Hz, the area of ​​​​very high sensitivity for the ear. In addition, to perfect the spatialization and further improve the very low directivity of the inverted dome, a waveguide was developed. In the horizontal plane, the frequency response is within a deviation of +/- 0.5 dB. This performance guarantees an incredibly stable soundstage.
